Know that you can achieve total fitness with effective training program design and nutritional counseling.  I will ensure that you have a safe, effective program getting you results.  My clients develop total fitness which consists of muscular endurance, muscular strength, stability, flexibility, cardio conditioning, good nutrition, and healthy body composition. 
 
I am well educated and equipped to work with all clients ranging from special populations to advanced athletes.
